[isabelle-dev] Accented characters

I changed the default encoding from iso8859-1 to utf-8 for the "normal"
website. The theory documentation is kept in iso8859-1 (e.g. latin-1),
this will change with Isabelle2011. 

So, when the mirrors are updated everything should be fine again.
